Nirvana’s story began long before sailing voyages and international adventures.
It started in Kyiv as Nirvana Dance Studio - a place where people came together through movement, music, energy, and a shared love of life. Over time, this naturally evolved into the broader Nirvana Club community, organizing summer camps and gatherings by the sea in Ukrainian Crimea, where friendships were formed, communities grew, and unforgettable memories were created.
Then, in 2011, Nirvana entered a new chapter and began developing as a travel and sailing community built around one simple idea:
some of the best moments in life happen when good people come together near the sea.
What began as small sailing trips between friends gradually grew into an international community united by a shared love of freedom, adventure, human connection, and life beyond routine.
Today, Nirvana is more than a travel project.
It is a community for people who feel alive near the sea, value meaningful experiences over tourist checklists, and believe that the right atmosphere and the right people can completely transform a journey.

At the heart of Nirvana is its founder, Nick Danilov.
Having spent years organizing sailing adventures and bringing people together from across the world, Nick gradually realized that the true magic of these journeys was never only about yachts or destinations. It was always about people, atmosphere, freedom, and the rare feeling of truly being present in the moment.
Today, Nick continues to shape Nirvana as a cultural bridge between different countries, mentalities, and ways of life - creating experiences where international travelers, the Ukrainian diaspora, Europeans, and people from many other backgrounds can connect naturally through adventure, openness, and shared time at sea.
Nirvana is intentionally international and open-minded.
Our main community language is English, but our roots and spirit were shaped by years of Eastern European warmth, hospitality, freedom-oriented culture, and genuine human connection. So, Ukrainian and Russ are the official languages too.
We are building more than trips.
